Short answer: Nothing.

RaceReady does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. We do not:

• Collect your name, email, or contact information
• Track your training progress on our servers
• Store your workout history in databases
• Require user accounts or authentication
• Use cookies to track you across the web
• Collect personal identifiable information (PII)

Where Your Data Lives

All of your RaceReady data stays on your device only:

• Training Plan Selections: Stored in your browser using IndexedDB
• Workout Completions: Stored locally with timestamps
• Milestone Achievements: Stored in your browser
• Personal Notes: Stored locally, never sent to servers
• Progress History: All data remains on your device

Your device = Your data. We never see it.

Third-Party Services

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand website traffic patterns. Ahrefs collects:

• Page views and navigation patterns (anonymous)
• Geographic location (country/region level only)
• Device type and browser (for optimization)
• NO personal information or user identities

Ahrefs is GDPR-compliant and does not use cookies.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: View all your data in the app (progress, history)
• Export: Download your workout history as CSV
• Delete: Clear browser data to remove all RaceReady information
• Portability: Export and use your data elsewhere
